FAQ
Common questions
What is a MUD or PID and why does it matter?
Municipal utility districts and public improvement districts fund roads, water and sewer in many master plans and are repaid through an extra tax or assessment. They can add hundreds of dollars a month, so compare them before choosing a community.
Are HOA dues the same across a master plan?
Not always. Townhomes, gated sections and newer phases can carry different dues and amenity fees. Each guide notes what was verified and Albert confirms dues for the exact address.
Does the school district follow the city line?
Often it does not. Several Frisco, Prosper, Celina and Little Elm communities are zoned to a different district than their city name suggests, so verify zoning by address.
