Mustang Lakes is a master-planned community with a Celina address (75009) on the Prosper and Celina border. The community markets itself as zoned to Prosper ISD, and its amenities include a 20-acre park with a private lake and island, resort-style pools, a fitness center and about 18 miles of trails, according to a builder listing.
The lesson for buyers: with eight builders in one community, you can compare the same location at very different price points. Coventry listed a 40 ft collection from $479,990 while Highland listed 86 ft lots from $1 million in October 2026. Shop the builders side by side, and ask each one which section your lot is in, because school assignment and any special district details are confirmed per address.

On new construction the builder usually pays my fee, and I confirm it in writing before you sign. Bring me, or register me, on your first visit, because many builders won't add an agent later.
