Probate comes before the sale
In Texas, a home that belonged to someone who passed away usually cannot be sold until a court or a recorded document shows who has the right to sell it. Depending on whether there is a will and how the estate is set up, that can be an independent administration, a will admitted as a muniment of title, or heirship documents. The Texas State Law Library's probate guide explains the options in plain language.
Angarita Law handles the probate side: reviewing the will, filing with the court and clearing the title so the home can close. Albert handles the sale itself, from pricing to closing, and coordinates with the attorney so the two timelines match.
Many inherited homes need work after years of the same owner. MTR Contractors can handle repairs and updates before listing, paid at closing from the sale, so the family does not have to fund the work up front.
