Reward ranges
How it works
Submit the person's name and contact information with their permission, and tell us what they need. We reach out within a day and keep you updated. Rewards are paid after the transaction or project closes and are subject to the terms in effect at the time of the referral.
Real estate referral fees between licensed agents are paid broker to broker under a written agreement. Texas law limits payments to unlicensed people for real estate referrals, so for real estate deals non-licensees receive a thank-you reward where allowed rather than a share of commission. Ask us for the current terms before you refer.
