FAQ

Common questions

Which North Texas city is best for families?
It depends on your commute, school priorities and monthly budget. Each guide lists the school districts, the 2025 combined property tax range and recent prices so you can compare like for like.
Why do property taxes differ so much between nearby cities?
Your combined rate adds the city, county, school district and any MUD, PID or water district. Two homes a mile apart can differ by half a point or more, which changes the monthly payment.
Can Albert help me buy in any of these cities?
Yes. Albert Angarita is a licensed Texas REALTOR brokered by Amazing Brokerage, based in Frisco, and works across Collin, Denton, Dallas and Tarrant counties in English and Spanish.
