From job sites to closing tables
I grew up in a family business. My family started My Thatch Roof in 2009, building synthetic thatch and outdoor living projects, and in 2015 we grew into MTR Contractors, a remodeling company working in homes and commercial spaces across North Texas. I spent more than ten years in construction and remodeling, managing projects, crews and budgets, before I became a real estate agent.
That background is the reason I started Texava Real Estate. When you buy or sell a home, most of the risk is in what the house needs, what it really cost to improve, and what an appraiser will accept. I can see those things, and I explain them to my clients in plain language, in English or Spanish.
Today I work out of Formation, the coworking space at The Star in Frisco, helping people buy, sell, build and lease across Frisco, Little Elm, Aubrey, Prosper, Celina and the rest of North Texas. Before Texava I worked at two Dallas-Fort Worth brokerages, Monument Realty and Rogers Healy and Associates.
