The value is time and money. Specials like weeks of free rent or reduced deposits change often and are easy to miss, and the advertised rent is not always what you pay. I compare communities on effective monthly rent after specials, fees and parking, so you can choose with real numbers.

Is an apartment locator really free?
Yes, for renters. Participating communities pay the locator when you sign. Your rent is the same as walking in yourself.
How do I get credit for using a locator?
List Texava Real Estate and Albert Angarita as your referral or locator on the guest card and application. Communities generally require the locator to be listed at the first visit or on the application.
Can you help with a broken lease or low credit?
Some communities have more flexible screening than others. Tell me your situation up front and I will only send you places likely to approve you.
Do you locate outside Frisco?
Yes. I search across Dallas-Fort Worth, including Plano, McKinney, Allen, Little Elm, The Colony, Lewisville, Denton, Dallas and Fort Worth.
