Who we are

Texava Real Estate is the real estate brand of Albert Angarita, a Texas REALTOR (license #0773351) brokered by Amazing Brokerage, with an office at 5 Cowboys Way, Suite 300, Frisco, Texas 75034. This policy covers texava.com, its subdomains and the Texava SEO tool. Questions: albert@texava.com.

What we collect

When you fill out a form on our site we collect what you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, property address and message. If you subscribe, we collect your email address. Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability. We do not use advertising cookies or sell tracking data.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, provide the real estate services you ask for, schedule appointments and, if you subscribed, send you updates. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link in the email, and reply STOP to opt out of text messages.

Who we share it with

We share your information only as needed to serve you: with our brokerage, Amazing Brokerage, and with service providers you ask us to involve, such as lenders, title companies, inspectors or other agents in your transaction. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and display our public Instagram posts. Booking links use Google Calendar. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Google user data (Texava SEO)

The Texava SEO tool is an internal dashboard used only by Texava. When the site owner connects a Google account, the tool requests read-only access to Google Search Console (scope webmasters.readonly) to show search performance for texava.com. That data is used only to display reports to Texava, is stored on Netlify in the United States, is not shared with third parties, is not used for advertising and is not used to train AI models. Texava's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be removed at any time from the Google Account permissions page, and stored tokens are deleted on request.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry and client records as long as needed to serve you and to meet brokerage and legal recordkeeping requirements. To access, correct or delete your information, email albert@texava.com.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date below shows the latest version.
