How a relocation works

01  Choose the city

We compare cities on commute, schools, price and the full tax rate.

02  Rent or buy

Some clients rent first to learn the area. I help with both.

03  Tour remotely

Live video tours and detailed notes before you fly in.

04  One focused trip

A weekend of tours on a short list that already fits.

05  Close remotely

Signatures, inspections and closing coordinated from wherever you are.

FAQ

Common questions

Should I rent before I buy in DFW?
If you don't know the area yet, renting for one lease term often prevents buying in the wrong school district or commute. If your job location and schools are settled, buying sooner can make sense.
Can I buy a home before visiting in person?
Yes. I do live video tours and send detailed notes, and closings can be coordinated remotely. Many clients still make one focused trip once the short list fits.
How do I choose between DFW cities?
Compare commute, schools, price and the full combined property tax rate, including any MUD or PID. My city guides list those numbers with sources for each city.
