Two buildings on the Tollway
T-Mobile's Frisco presence is concentrated on the Duke Bridges office campus along the Dallas North Tollway near Warren Parkway, in south Frisco. Its regional headquarters is Duke Bridges II at 7668 Warren Parkway, a 158,135 square foot building the company has occupied since 2005. When T-Mobile renewed and took the entire building in December 2017, Connect CRE reported about 750 employees there with room for 350 more.
A couple of doors down, at 3560 Dallas Parkway, T-Mobile leased all four floors of Duke Bridges VII, about 200,000 square feet. D Magazine reported in March 2020 that about 500 employees from the Metro by T-Mobile headquarters in Richardson, along with marketing, IT, engineering, HR and finance teams, would move there, and that the building holds up to 1,200 people.
Is it still active in 2026? Yes. Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filings show an $1.2 million, 11,396 square foot amenities refresh for T-Mobile at 3560 Dallas Parkway, scheduled from January 6 to May 30, 2026. T-Mobile does not publish a current head count for Frisco, so I will not guess one. Statewide, the company said in November 2023 that it employed more than 7,000 Texans.

Home values around the campus
Zillow's typical home value was about $658K in September 2026, down 1.6% in a year. This ZIP holds the campus itself plus Starwood, Chapel Creek and the gated Stonebriar sections. Note that Stonebriar and the Hills of Kingswood are zoned to Lewisville ISD, not Frisco ISD.
About $646K (down 3.2%) and $635K (down 5.7%) in September 2026. These ZIPs cover north and east Frisco, including Richwoods, Hollyhock, Phillips Creek Ranch and the Fields area, mostly in Frisco ISD.
About $555K, down 3.8% in a year. West Frisco includes Waterstone and the Frisco Lakes 55+ community, with some addresses in Little Elm ISD.
About $629K, down 2.5%. Plano ISD serves most of it, and the 2025 combined tax rate in Collin County ran about 1.69% to 1.71%.
About $478K, down 2.4%. A shorter drive than its price suggests, with 2025 combined rates of about 1.93% to 2.04%.
About $391K and $735K, both down more than 5% in a year. Little Elm trades minutes for price; Prosper trades price for newer homes and larger lots.
Check the address, not the city
Most of Frisco is in Frisco ISD, which reports 62,755 students, but the City of Frisco notes that Prosper, Lewisville and Little Elm ISDs also cover parts of the city. Two homes a mile apart can be zoned to different districts, and that changes both the school path and the tax bill. Confirm the zoned campuses with the district for any address before you write an offer.
Texas has no personal income tax, which matters if you are transferring from a state that has one. Property tax does the work instead. For tax year 2025, a typical Frisco home ran about 1.63% to 1.87% combined, depending on county and school district. On a $650,000 home that is roughly $10,600 to $12,200 a year before exemptions.
Exemptions lower the real bill. Every Texas school district must exempt $140,000 of a homestead's value, and Frisco's city homestead exemption is 20%, the maximum state law allows. You file with the county appraisal district, generally before May 1. I am a REALTOR, not a lawyer or CPA; for legal questions on a purchase, The Angarita Law Firm can help, and a CPA should handle tax filings.
