Here is the lesson I share with every buyer looking at Sandbrock: pick your lot width before you pick a floor plan. Highland Homes lists sections from 45 to 70 foot lots, and its starting prices run from $369,990 to $669,990 depending on the section (Oct 2026). Also, an Aubrey mailing address does not tell you the school district. Sandbrock is in Denton ISD, not Aubrey ISD, so always confirm the district and tax entities on the specific address.
