Trophy Signature Homes, a Green Brick Partners company, opened its model in November 2025 with 40 foot and 50 foot homesites, and Impression Homes also builds here. In October 2026 Trophy listed homes from $292,990 to $379,990 and Impression from $291,990 to $433,990. It fits buyers who want a brand new home with pickleball, a playground and trail connections at an entry level price for the area.
