Town planners reported in January 2026 that Canyon Falls Village 3, a 65-lot final residential subdivision, would bring the community to 795 residences, below its overall cap of 972. Recent listings show homes zoned to Argyle ISD, which makes it a fit for buyers who want Argyle schools with a Flower Mound address.
The lesson here is that taxes are not uniform inside one community.
