Brookview is a mixed-use development near Denton Creek Boulevard and Stonecrest Road in Flower Mound that is moving through town approvals in phases. In October 2025 the council approved a site plan for 313 single-family homes in Phase 1A, in September 2025 commissioners approved 140 townhomes in Phase 1B, and in February 2026 the council approved Aura Brookview, a gated 300-unit apartment community by Trinsic Residential Group on 10.76 acres. At full build-out, prior reporting puts Brookview at 713 single-family lots, 280 townhomes, 300 apartments and 22.2 acres of retail.
The lesson for early buyers is to read the whole plan, not just your street. Apartments, retail and later phases will change traffic, views and the feel of the community over the next few years. When builders release lots, I compare each one with the approved site plans so you know what is planned next to it before you sign.
