Residents share the Palais clubhouse, a resort-style pool, fitness center, playground and basketball court, and the HOA handles front-yard maintenance. 2026 listings ran from $995,000 for 4,243 sq ft to $1,349,000 for 4,814 sq ft, zoned to Brinker Elementary, Renner Middle and Shepton High in Plano ISD.
