Chase Oaks is a north Plano neighborhood in the 75025 ZIP code built around the golf property at 7201 Chase Oaks Boulevard, now The Courses at Watters Creek, with 33 holes across an 18-hole championship course, a 9-hole short course and a 6-hole practice course. Its courses were designed in 1981 by Robert von Hagge and Bruce Devlin. 2026 listings in Chase Oaks Phase One and Phase II-A were homes built in 1990 and 1991 with 3,100 to 3,600 sq ft and voluntary HOAs.
