Willow Bend Lakes, Plano

Willow Bend Lakes is a luxury neighborhood in west Plano's Willow Bend area where homes built from 1979 to 2017 sit on large lots, some over half an acre, and many back to lakes, creeks, greenbelts or golf. Across 41 closed sales from November 2023 to October 2026 the median price was $1,380,000, with homes from about 3,000 to nearly 8,000 square feet. For sellers, the lesson is that a nearly 40 year age spread means buyers judge every house on its own updates.
