Cliffs of Gleneagles is a guard-gated subdivision in west Plano's 75093 ZIP code with homes built in the early 1990s along Gleneagles Country Club, whose King's and Queen's courses give the club 36 holes at 5401 West Park Boulevard. A 1994 home of 6,555 sq ft overlooking the 10th green of the King's Course listed at $2,350,000 in July 2026 with HOA dues of $2,800 a year, and a 1993 golf course home of 4,563 sq ft was offered for lease at $11,000 a month in February 2025. It fits buyers who want gated privacy, golf views and Plano ISD schools close to the Tollway.
The lesson here: living on the course is not the same as belonging to the club. Gleneagles is a membership club, and golf access depends on the membership level, so price the membership separately from the house.
