Heritage Green is a south Frisco neighborhood on the north side of Lebanon Road, just west of Legacy Drive, on the Denton County side of the city. Homes listed in October 2026 were built between 2000 and 2003, all two-story, from about 2,343 to 4,854 square feet on lots of 0.2 to 0.4 acres. It is zoned to Frisco ISD (Allen Elementary, Hunt Middle and Frisco High), with The Star, Stonebriar Centre and Frisco Square a short drive away.
The lesson here is the size spread. Community Impact's October 2022 profile showed values from $440,000 to $1,268,000, and October 2026 listings ranged from $550,000 to $1,249,000, so a neighborhood average says very little about your home. If you are selling, price against sales of similar square footage and lot size, and note a pool if you have one, since half the current listings did. If you are buying, ask for roof and HVAC ages on homes now more than 20 years old.
