The Preserve is the gated custom home neighborhood inside Fields, the 2,500-acre north Frisco master plan from The Karahan Companies and Hunt Realty Investments. It covers 267 acres among PGA Frisco's two championship golf courses, with a 24/7 attended entrance, lots from about 6,800 square feet to more than an acre, and homes starting at $3.5 million from ten hand-selected custom builders. Phase 1 was planned for 233 homes, and more than half of those lots were sold by November 2024.
The lesson at this level is that the lot and the builder are two separate decisions. Each builder has its own contract, allowances, timeline and warranty, and lots differ in golf frontage, orientation and size.
