Griffin Parc is a planned neighborhood in the Denton County side of Frisco, on Eldorado Parkway near Legacy Drive. Two Frisco ISD campuses, Pink Elementary and Griffin Middle School, sit inside the neighborhood, and Wakeland High is close by. Residents share a community pool, hike and bike trails and two city parks, with French cottage inspired homes that range from family size to large two-story plans.

Walking distance to Pink and Griffin is the reason many families shop Griffin Parc, so homes near the schools and parks tend to get the most attention, while both Eldorado entrances run through a school zone at drop-off.
