In October 2026, eight homes were listed from $1,449,900 to $7,795,000, ranging from about 4,038 to 9,969 square feet on lots of 0.2 to 1.5 acres, and six of the eight had private pools. Listings were zoned to Frisco ISD's Spears Elementary, Hunt Middle and Frisco High.
