The Grove Frisco is a 735-acre master-planned community in east Frisco, about a mile from the Four Corners where Frisco, Allen, Plano and McKinney meet. Daily life centers on two amenity hubs, the Orchard House and the newer Mainstay, with three pools, pickleball, a fitness center and about 17 miles of planned trails.
It fits families who want new construction from several builders with amenities already open. The lesson: school zoning here splits at Main Street, and HOA dues differ between townhomes and single-family homes, so two homes a few blocks apart can carry different schools and different monthly costs. Confirm both for the exact lot before you compare prices.

On new construction the builder usually pays my fee, and I confirm it in writing before you sign. Bring me, or register me, on your first visit, because many builders won't add an agent later.
