Phase 1, Civic Park, had design completion expected in early 2026 and construction completion expected in fall 2027, guided by a master plan dated June 2024.
The Grand Park District is not one subdivision. It is the ring of homes, townhomes, condos and apartments around the park, near Frisco Square and the tollway.
