Edgestone at Legacy is a 307 acre master-planned community developed by Hines, just west of Legacy Drive on either side of Stonebrook Parkway in Frisco. When Community Impact profiled it in 2018, seven builders were working on lot widths from 55 to 90 feet, including Coventry, Darling, Shaddock, Highland, Huntington and Toll Brothers. Homes on the market in October 2026 were built from 2017 to 2024, and residents share resort-style pools, a fitness center, trails, play areas and a fishing pond behind the amenity center.
The lesson here is lot width. Edgestone was planned in tiers from 55 foot to 90 foot lots, and that is a big reason October 2026 listings ranged from $825,000 to $2,490,000 and from $224 to $440 per square foot. If you are selling, compare your home only with sales on the same lot width and builder tier. If you are buying, the lot size is fixed forever, so decide which tier fits before you fall in love with a floor plan.
