Frisco Heights is a Collin County neighborhood in northeast Frisco with homes built from 2002 to 2005, most of them single-story, three-bedroom plans on 0.2 acre lots. Community Impact's March 2023 profile listed a pool, playground and park, with Northeast Community Park, Warren Sports Complex and the Stonebridge Ranch golf course nearby. In October 2026 it was one of the more affordable ways into Frisco ISD, with six listings from $375,000 to $459,990.

The lesson here is that school zoning moves. In 2023 Community Impact listed Ashley Elementary, Roach Middle and Heritage High for the neighborhood, while October 2026 listings showed Ashley, Nelson Middle and Independence High. Before you buy, I check the current Frisco ISD attendance zone for the exact address, and if you are selling, make sure your listing shows the current campuses so buyers are not working from old information.
