It fits buyers who want a larger single-story home, quick trail access to the lake and a quieter street that is still close to Grandscape.

Being a short walk from the shoreline trail is a lasting draw, while a 30-year-old pool and spa can be a plus or a repair bill depending on its equipment and surface.
