Inside Trinity Falls
Trinity Falls is a master-planned community by Johnson Development on the north side of McKinney, a few minutes from US 75 and the US 380 corridor. It mixes family neighborhoods, townhomes and a 55+ Del Webb section, so it fits young families, move-up buyers and downsizers who want to stay near their kids.
Here is the lesson I give buyers: the HOA number on the brochure is not the whole monthly cost. The master association assessment is $1,572 a year, but townhome owners pay an extra $250 a month for exterior maintenance, and the property tax rate depends on the exact section. Put HOA plus taxes into your payment math before you fall in love with a floor plan.
