Stonebridge Ranch is an established master-planned community in McKinney covering more than 5,000 acres, with over 500 acres of open space and more than 70 distinct villages. Because it is mostly resale, it fits buyers who want mature trees, finished amenities and a wide spread of home sizes and ages in one association.
With 70+ villages, the lesson is that Stonebridge Ranch is not one market. Age of the home, village and lake or greenbelt frontage move price more than the community name does, and older homes can need roofs, HVAC or windows.
