Tavolo Park is a 468 acre master-planned community in southwest Fort Worth (76123), just off Chisholm Trail Parkway and about two miles from Benbrook Lake. It has a Fort Worth address but sits in Crowley ISD, and its Big Table amenity center includes a clubhouse, large pool, event lawn and fire pit, with trails, parks and a town lake. It also includes a 55 and older section by Ladera, planned for about 185 homes on 40 acres. In October 2026 David Weekley was selling the final phase of its Tavolo Park Cottages from $505,990.
The lesson here is to price in the full tax rate. David Weekley lists a total tax rate of 2.38% for Tavolo Park, and a resale in Phase 4 listed HOA dues of $1,250 a year, so the monthly payment on a $550,000 home here can run well above the same price in an older Fort Worth neighborhood. As the community sells out, resale homes stop competing with builder incentives, so sellers in later years may have more pricing power.
