It is served by Northwest ISD, including Sendera Ranch Elementary, and the community center, pool, splash park, lake, trails and parks have been part of its draw since the late 2000s. In October 2026 Lennar was selling three collections here priced from $322,999 to $501,999, alongside resales in phases built over the last two decades.

Listings here show Fort Worth or Haslet as the city, Tarrant or Denton as the county, and HOA amounts that vary by section, such as $138 a quarter on a Phase 17 home and $584 a year on a Phase 21 home.
