Vista Ridge is the south Lewisville area around the former Vista Ridge Mall, which opened in 1989 and is now Music City Mall. Its newer neighborhoods include the gated Manors at Vista Ridge townhomes, built around 2014, and The Hills of Vista Ridge, with homes built around 2016. Listings note a drive of about 10 minutes to DFW Airport with I-35E, SH 121, SH 114 and SH 161 within 5 to 10 minutes, which suits buyers who travel or commute south and west.

The Manors at Vista Ridge listed a 2014 townhome at $534,999 in June 2026 with a mandatory HOA of $1,175 semiannually covering facilities and grounds, while single-family homes in The Hills carry different dues.
