Meadow Vista is a Bloomfield Homes community in Anna, with its model at 1804 Hickory Chase Lane off North Ferguson Parkway, in Collin County. In October 2026 Bloomfield listed homes from $394,990 to $604,607 across 50 to 55 foot and 60 to 65 foot plan series, from 1,840 to 4,226 square feet with two or three car garages. The builder lists Lorenzo Dow Hendricks Elementary, Slayter Creek Middle and Anna High, plus a community pool, pool house and open play area, with trails extending through future phases. It fits move up buyers who want a larger new home in Anna ISD.

The lesson here is to look at the finished inventory list. Bloomfield showed several move in ready homes in October 2026, such as a 2,036 square foot Cypress plan at $419,538 and a 3,560 square foot Rose II at $549,887, alongside homes finishing in December. Finished homes are where builders usually have the most room to negotiate on price or closing costs, so I ask for the incentive on each one. If you are selling a resale here later, those same inventory homes are your competition, so we price against them.
