Grand Estates of Anna is a Grand Homes community on Lantana Road in Anna, Collin County. In October 2026 Grand Homes listed ten floor plans from $544,900 to $662,900, from 2,377 to 4,304 square feet with three to five bedrooms, and a quick move in home at 705 Clover Lane listed at $724,542. The builder lists Rosamond-Sherley Elementary, Slayter Creek Middle and Anna High in Anna ISD. It fits buyers who want a larger, higher end new home in Anna, at a price point above most of the city's new construction.

The lesson here is that the top of a market resells differently. Most Anna new construction starts in the $250,000s to $400,000s, so a home here competes with a smaller pool of buyers, and resale value leans on lot, finish level and how well the home fits that buyer.
