Eagles Landing is a small Oak Point neighborhood of custom homes on multi-acre lots near Lake Lewisville. A 2026 listing on Oak View Drive described a 2.1-acre lakefront lot with private cove access and a community boat ramp, and a 2019 listing in the neighborhood sat on 6.5 acres. It fits buyers who want land and lake access with a light HOA.

The lesson here is that acreage homes are priced one by one. With few sales each year, the lot, the water frontage and the condition of a late-1990s or 2000s house matter more than any neighborhood average, and one 2026 listing took a $100,000 price cut within its first month.
