Denton ISD's Pecan Creek Elementary, which opened in 2002, sits inside the neighborhood, and recent listings are zoned to Bettye Myers Middle and Ryan High. Homes on recent listings were built from 2002 to 2013 and listed around $475,000 to $510,000. It fits families who want an established neighborhood with a walkable elementary school, a pool and trails.
