Sunset Pointe is a Little Elm neighborhood established in 2003, with homes built from 2004 onward by builders including Landon, Beazer, Gehan, Meritage and Dunhill. Homes run roughly 2,200 to 4,200 square feet, and the neighborhood offers four pools, fishing ponds, playgrounds, splash parks and sports fields, with Lake Lewisville close by. It fits buyers who want space and amenities at a Little Elm price point, with recent listings around $470,000 to $500,000.
The lesson here is to check the school district on every single listing. Recent Sunset Pointe listings show some homes zoned to Little Elm ISD (Lakeview Elementary, Lakeside or Strike Middle, Little Elm High) and others to Frisco ISD (Robertson Elementary, Stafford Middle, Panther Creek High).
