A big zone that crosses into Plano
Lebanon Trail High School opened in 2016 at 5151 Ohio Drive in Frisco (75035). The Trail Blazers started with 452 students in 2016-17 and enrolled 2,095 in 2025-26, according to TEA data published by the Texas Tribune, just below the 2,173 recorded in 2024-25. TEA shows 16.1 students per teacher in 2024-25.
By address count, this is the largest zone in the district. Frisco ISD's 2026-27 zone file places about 9,300 address points inside the Lebanon Trail boundary, more than any other high school. When I placed them inside Census ZIP boundaries, about 61% landed in Frisco's 75035 and about 38% in 75024, a Plano ZIP code near the Sam Rayburn Tollway. A Plano mailing address here can still mean Frisco ISD.
Zones follow the exact address, and Frisco ISD says its School Zone Search is not 100% accurate. Check every house in the district tool, confirm with Lebanon Trail at 469.633.6600, and read the school district and city on the Collin Central Appraisal District record. I run all three checks before we write an offer, especially on Plano addresses marketed as Frisco ISD.
Lebanon Trail High by the numbers
Clark and Fowler, with six elementaries
Fed by Christie, Smith, part of Shawnee Trail, a small part of Spears and part of Riddle Elementary. In the 2026-27 file, Clark sends essentially its whole zone to Lebanon Trail.
Fed by Borchardt and most of Riddle Elementary. Fowler is in Plano, and it also feeds Liberty High through Taylor Elementary, so a Fowler address needs the high school confirmed.
Smith and Borchardt serve only Lebanon Trail addresses in the 2026-27 file, and Riddle splits between Clark and Fowler without leaving the zone.
Christie also serves Centennial addresses, Shawnee Trail serves Lebanon Trail, Centennial and Frisco High addresses, and most of Spears goes to Frisco High. If a listing names one of those, confirm all three levels.
No address moved into or out of Lebanon Trail at the high school level between the district's 2025-26 and 2026-27 zone files, and the Staley closure did not affect this zone. I found no announced boundary change for 2027-28 as of October 2026.
Neighborhoods we checked against the zone file
In Plano, listing addresses on Shoppers Lane return Borchardt Elementary, Fowler Middle and Lebanon Trail High in the 2026-27 zone data. Mustang Square is a D.R. Horton new-home community near the Sam Rayburn Tollway at Hillcrest Road.
A split neighborhood. The address we tested on Newgate Drive maps to Centennial, and our neighborhood page notes that other sections go to Lebanon Trail. Test each address before you write an offer.
About 3,600 of the zone's addresses are in 75024. Those homes carry Frisco ISD school taxes, but the city on the appraisal record decides the city rate. Our Frisco vs Plano guide compares the two cities.

Programs and practical details
Frisco ISD's September 2026 list of 120 National Merit Semifinalists for 2027 included 16 Lebanon Trail students. Lebanon Trail students can also take classes at the district's Career and Technical Education Center and through Collin College.
For 2026-28 Lebanon Trail plays basketball and volleyball in District 11-5A and football in 5A Division I, District 5, with Centennial, Heritage, Liberty, Lone Star and Reedy.
Lebanon Trail, Clark and Fowler were all on the district's October 2026 list of campuses offering fare-based busing ($500 per student for 2026-27, $175 on free or reduced meals) for students who do not qualify for regular routes.
Lebanon Trail had the third highest enrollment among Frisco ISD high schools in 2025-26, behind Wakeland and Reedy, and it sits just under the UIL 6A threshold of 2,215 students.
