Remodeling in the family

MTR Contractors is my family's remodeling company, based on Witt Road in Frisco. It grew out of My Thatch Roof, founded in 2009, and has worked on residential and commercial projects across North Texas since 2015.

For real estate clients that connection is practical. Sellers can get pre-listing updates scoped and priced by people who do the work. Buyers can get a realistic estimate before they make an offer on a house that needs updating.

FAQ

Common questions

Can you remodel my home before I sell?
Yes. I walk the home as your agent, then MTR can scope and price the updates that are most likely to pay back.
Can I get a remodeling estimate before I make an offer?
Yes. Buyers can get a realistic estimate from MTR Contractors before making an offer on a house that needs updating, so the cost of the work is part of the decision.
Does MTR build outdoor living and thatch projects?
Yes. MTR Contractors builds patios, pergolas and cabanas, and synthetic thatch roofs and cabanas are built by My Thatch Roof, the family company founded in 2009.
