Southfork Ranch at 3700 Hogge Road in Parker was bought by Centurion American Development Group in October 2022, and in August 2024 the company submitted plans for 89 estate lots of about two acres each surrounding a roughly 37-acre parcel that keeps the mansion, event center, visitors center and rodeo arena. The Parker Planning and Zoning Commission approved the plan on August 22, 2024. It is aimed at buyers who want a two-acre homesite with a custom builder in Collin County.
The lesson with a planned estate community is to buy facts, not renderings. Before anyone puts money down on a lot here, I confirm the recorded plat, the deed restrictions, the builder contract terms and when utilities and roads will actually be finished, because early lot buyers carry the most timing risk and deserve the best price for it.

Southfork Ranch is at 3700 Hogge Road in Parker, just east of Plano. The two development parcels are split by Murphy Road near Parker Road.
